The following information is meant for the use of those conference guests who will be taking advantage of the housing arrangements on campus.

LINEN SERVICES: Sheets, pillow cases, blankets, towels and wash cloths may be exchanged after 10:00 a.m. at the front desk of your residence hall.
VIRGINIA CLEVELAND MEAL HOURS: Breakfast - 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.,
Lunch 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.,
Dinner - 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
HOLLY TREE INN MEAL HOURS: Breakfast - 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.,
Lunch - 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.,
Dinner - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
FOOD COURT MEAL HOURS (Located in the Student Center): Monday thru Wednesday - 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.,
Thursday - 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.,
Friday - 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
HOLLY TREE INN SNACK HOURS: Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
VENDING MACHINES: located in Residential Halls and Stone Building for your convenience 24 hours.
THE UNIVERSITY MAIL ROOM: located in the Stone Building and open Monday thru Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
UNIVERSITY CLEANERS: located at Hampton Harbor and open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Same day service is available for any items brought in by 9:30 a.m.
BANK OF AMERICA: located at Hampton Harbor inside of the Collegiate Bookstore. Banking hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and there is a 24 hour Automatic Teller Machine (ATM).
COLLEGIATE BOOKSTORE: located at Hampton Harbor for gifts and souvenirs and open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
COLLEGIATE BOOKSTORE GIFT SHOP: located in the Convocation Center will be open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
OFFICE SERVICES: located in Stone Building, is available for copying and faxing needs Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
CONFERENCE BOOKSTORE: located in Convocation Center on Level 2, Exit C.
CONFERENCE VENDORS: located in the tent just outside Exit C of the Convocation Center.
MUSIC SCORES VENDOR: located in Clarke Hall commons area, 1^st floor.
INTERNET/E-MAIL ACCESS: located on the 5^th floor of Harvey Library in the Academic Technology Mall is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
COLLEGE OF CONTINUING EDUCATION: located at Hampton Harbor. Continuing Education Unit (CEU) forms can be returned to this office. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
UNIVERSITY POLICE: located in Whipple Barn. University Police may be contacted 24 hours a day at 727-5259 or 727-5300.
