Evangelist Vandalyn Kennedy
EVANGELIST VANDALYN KENNEDY is a leading voice in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world through her preaching, teaching and music ministry. Evangelist Kennedy has impacted the body of Christ internationally by preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ with boldness and power. She is known for preaching God’s Word in a fiery, practical and revelatory way that serves to unveil God’s purpose in the lives of his people. Evangelist Kennedy has a passion for mentoring young people, and currently serves as Youth Pastor of Mount Sinai Cathedral Church of God in Christ of Brooklyn, NY under the leadership of Pastor Clarence L. Sexton Jr. In this role, she has developed numerous programs such as P.H.A.T Friday Bible Studies, Abstinence Training, S.W.A.T./Outreach & Witnessing along with Education & Scholarship programs just to name a few. In addition, Evangelist Kennedy is an anointed psalmist who has been singing publicly since the age of three. For many years she served as Minister of Music for her local church, directed the Columbia University Gospel Choir, and sang background for some of Gospel music’s most noted artists such as Ms. Kim Burrell, Rev. Timothy Wright, Pastor Donnie McClurkin and Dr. Judith McAllister. She has served in excess of ten years as Minister of Music for the Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York COGIC. Currently, Evangelist Kennedy serves as a Vice President of the ENY Third Jurisdiction Music Department, and works with the National COGIC Music Department conducting workshops and serving as a Worship Leader. In 2009, Dr. Judith Christie McAllister, International Music Department President for the Church of God in Christ Incorporated appointed Evangelist Kennedy as the Dean of Education for the International Music Department.
